CINCINNATI — March 5, 2024 — BiOWiSH Technologies, Inc. has appointed Stephen Kent to its Board of Directors.
Kent, who will serve as the SABIC Agri-Nutrients representative, has over 35 years of experience in operational, business development, management, and investment roles across various industries. He co-founded a private equity fund in London that specialized in early-stage technologies. Since then, Stephen has served on various boards, adding value to shareholders through his diverse experience. He brings a deep knowledge of international global markets and an interest in CO2 management and energy transition technology.
